I’ll never forget the time I got to play golf at night.
It’s actually a big thing down in Texas during the summer because of the stifling 100+ degree days. It’s so refreshing to get to take part in the sport you love while most of the rest of the world is asleep.

1. Beacon Lakes Golf Club (Dickinson, Texas)
I’m giving Beacon Lakes the top spot on our list for two reasons. One, it’s the only nighttime golf course that I’ve had the privilege of playing. Two, it’s also the only full-length golf course in the US that’s lighted.
If you get the opportunity to play this course at night, tee off with clubs that you can keep straight because most of the rough is wickedly high.
Other than that, this lit golf course is incredibly enjoyable.

2. Heartwell Golf Course (Long Beach, California)
Tiger Woods used to play on this course as a youngster, so you know it was to rank high on our list.
This executive course measures 2,143 yards and provides plenty of challenging holes for folks to perfect their swings under stadium lights.
You’ll be more than pleased at how well the fairways and greens are kept up on this cozy California night course.

3. Cloud 9 at Angel Park Golf Club (Las Vegas, Nevada)
Since you can do anything at night in Las Vegas, you might as well get to play golf too.
Passionate golfers will love how the creators of this 12-hole Par 3 course mimicked iconic holes from Riviera Country Club, TPC Sawgrass, the Old Course at Royal Troon, and the Old Course at Saint Andrews.
The cost is reasonable, and the experience is pretty sweet. Just try to stay out of the plethora of bunkers!

Florida is known as the golf capital of the world, so it only makes sense that the Sunshine State would offer lots of night golf options.
Folks will love that this course is over 4,000 yards long and offers several Par 4 holes. Just make sure to bring some Off spray to fight off the bugs!

As the only lit course in Georgia, Peachtree Golf Center serves a slew of patrons each year.

6. Knights Play Golf Center (Apex, North Carolina)
Here’s a great option for golfers near Raleigh who prefer night-time tee times.
Knights Play offers 18 holes of illuminated golf at a remarkably low price. The greens are kept in great shape year-round, and the driving range is massive and will accommodate up to 60 golfers.
This is the perfect spot if you want to play golf with your whole family.

This location offers 2 different courses, but the only one with lights is the 1,028 Par 3 track. Windy Hill also has a go-kart track, a miniature golf course, and live music during a large portion of the year, so there’s plenty of fun for the entire family.

Do you vacation in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina? If so, you’ll love playing night golf at Tupelo Bay, which has an 18-hole executive course and a 9-hole Par 3 track.
Both of these courses have lights, so you can avoid the hot summer sun if you want. Tupelo Bay’s goal is to give golfers a challenging experience that isn’t intimidating. From what I can tell, they’ve done just that!

9. Manor Valley Golf Course (Export, Pennsylvania)
Not many courses in the Northern states offer night golf, but this hidden gem east of Pittsburgh does.
Manor Valley has been in business for 54 years and offers a 6,327-yard 18-hole course that’s challenging and fun. The front nine holes have lights so that you can sneak a round in after a hard day at the office.

This short Par 3 course is only open at night for part of the year, but the prices are incredibly low.
The course spans 1,540 yards; most holes are in the 80 to 100-yard range. You won’t be able to use many of your clubs here, but it’s still a fantastic night golf experience.
